Happy Sunday to you all! I’ve got another flourless recipe for you all this week, but this time it’s a little healthier than cheesecake.
You can’t go wrong with a classic flapjack, and these flapjacks only have 60g of brown sugar in them. The rest of the sweetness comes from the honey and the banana, which makes them the perfect naughty-but-nice snack; quick and easy to make, but still utterly delicious.
This recipe comes from a magazine we got last year, and I rediscovered it while looking back through my camera roll. Crazy how the last time I made these I was gearing up for my travels around Germany...
This recipe is a great way to use up over-ripe bananas, and, as always, I recommend getting creative and adding in some extra ingredients - chocolate chips, dried fruit, raisins - whatever takes your fancy!
Remember to undercook them slightly to get that nice chewy texture.
