New week! New goals! Re-focus! Continued fight in round 2 of #barreblend with #classicfullbodyblend and 2 🔟 min enhancement workouts.. #lower and #booty 😳 I stayed midline for intensity throughout and had to drop to 1 weight at times! This program has many options for uplevel! And I could probably still do this entire program multiple times with the intended uplevels built into the program. So this week for me is #Week3 of #Round2 of my @barreblendworkout journey and with treatment this week I’ve only done #ClassicFullBodyBlend So over the last two days i had set a goal of doing the 4 workouts I missed ( 2 a day) ... and I DID IT 🎉 last night I did #BootyBlend & #CardioBlend and today I did #CoreBlend and #LeanLegsBlend 🙌🏼 Did I “NEED” to do two workouts a day? I have been noticing small changes, have lost a few pounds, and feel better each day. Today Greyson decided to weave in and out of my legs and then he tried “trapping” my legs. We decorated the sidewalk for dhampa who got his left knee replaced #chalkyourwalk. We cleaned off the kitchen table. We emptied the dishwasher and washed the dirty dishes. We washed AND dried the girls laundry. We cleaned up the toys in the office and put away some that were in the living room. And the girls played outside in the chalk in the backyard for so long they needed a bath to wash off the shade of blue they became. • I am successful because Mama got her workout done ✔ ⚡ • Ready to relax into the evening and hopefully read a little bit of my book without being pulled on 700x by a tiny little love who thinks it's the funniest thing ever! • #katietakesonthebarre

W2D1 Barre Blend/L4 hybrid calendar: classic full body blend✅ After 2 cups of coffee, some homework, and some energize, I slayed that workout! I pushed myself harder than I have in a while. I upped my weights (2lbs to 3lbs), did the up level moves, and stuck to most of the pushups on my toes (atomic pushups are a killer!) I was sweating from the get go too. For some reason I feel like I should have burned more calories during this workout... oh well. Today I pulled the I am graceful card. I felt a lot more graceful in my workout today. I've definitely become more graceful in my everyday life to. I catch myself walking on my toes more and doing pliés all the time! I've made it my mission to be more productive starting today. I have goals to clean/organize certain things each day. Got to find a way to keep the darkness at bay while we are going through this crazy pandemic. Today marks the start of week 2 of #barreblend .... Classic full body blend with the added up levels was hard AF.... let me tell you I still keep it low intensity cause there’s no way I can handle it all up levelled and high intensity .... this program is intense😳! Added the 🔟min core enhancement and almost died ..... I love the standing abs, just the floor core work I had to drop the weights half way through the first move... I am sore asf today, especially my arms! I did a sample workout of the new and first ever boxing program Beachbody is launching. Today, I did the first workout of week 4 of the current program I am doing. I had to drop my weights back down to what I started with because of sore arms. I still pushed play and I still kept moving. It isn't about the setbacks, it's about the comeback. I am so lucky to have access to a full library of workouts I can do at home, especially with the current COVID-19 pandemic. Many gyms are closing and people are unable to get their workouts in which is sad to hear. I am offering a weeks worth if free workouts to anyone who would like them. Something to ensure you keep moving while you are at home. Personally, I need to move each day for my mental health. I feel so much better when I get a workout in.
